Hurried and Busy is the New Stupid
By Jason Henkel, Chief Balance Engineer
I've heard it said that in this modern world of so much comfort, so many options and unimaginable exposure to distraction, that hurried and busy has become the new stupid.
When you read that out loud to yourself, what do you feel when you hear it? Does this resonate with you? It sure did with me. This is at the nub of what we love to "deal with" here at Focus to Evolve. On the other side of the meta-habit of hurrying and business is calm, deliberate and authentic being (working and living). Beyond the shallow hamster-wheel sprinting is where heart-led productivity thrives. Most western workers have seldom (if ever) experienced this profound modality. It's real, and we encourage you to seek it.
