Right, Left, and Center Alignment Keyboard Strokes
By Tana M. Mann Easton, Lead Efficiency Engineer
This week’s trifecta of useful keyboard strokes that I use all the time are the shortcuts for right, left, and center text alignment.
Right Alignment – CTRL + R
Left Alignment – CTRL + L
Center Alignment – CTRL + E
Bonus: To Justify your text evenly between the margins – CTRL + J
Like last week, most of these shortcuts are intuitive and use the first letter of the intended action with the exception of the Center alignment. Since CTRL plus C is already used to Copy text, Center alignment uses the second letter from cEnter, the E.
