Keyboard Shortcuts to Bold, Underline, or Italicize Text
By Tana M. Mann Easton, Lead Efficiency Engineer
This week I’m continuing my series on the magic of keyboard strokes. The next trio of shortcuts that I use regularly are the keyboard strokes to bold, underline, or italicize text.
Those shortcuts are:
Bold – CTRL + B
Underline – CTRL + U
Italics – CTRL + I
As you can see, these are very intuitive and use the first letter of the intended action. If you want to remove bold, underline, or italics, you just repeat the above shortcuts to cancel the text edit.
