Creating New Outlook File Folders Using Keyboard Strokes

Last week’s blog entry talked about using the keyboard keys CTRL + SHIFT + V to move emails from your inbox to one of your Outlook file folders.  But what if you need to create a new file folder for the email you want to move?  You can do that without touching your mouse as well.

Give Love

I, like most people I suspect, get angry/annoyed/bothered/frustrated with other people from time to time.  Sometimes there is little I can do to stop myself from feeling that initial trigger of negative reaction.  However, in the space of time between the trigger and my response, two words often help me take back control of my brain in order to show up in the way that I prefer to show up.  Those two words are, “Give love.”

I Can Do One Thing at a Time

Have you ever been overwhelmed with the amount of work on your plate?  At a past job, I was hired to support 3 people.  That number grew to 5 people.  And then it grew again to 10 people.  When the number increased to 10, there were times pretty much every day when I would receive so many requests in a short period of time that my brain would start to freak out.  Thankfully, after a few seconds of panic, my rational brain would come back online and whisper a consoling thought.
